Custom Made Roldoûr: - The standard delivery lead time for the custom made ROLdoûr is 15 working days (not including weekends and public holidays) from the date of order. While we do our best to meet the stated delivery windows, your order may arrive a few days earlier or later than expected. Custom manufacturing can be unpredictable, but we closely monitor and adjust our timelines to keep you updated. To avoid delays, we recommend placing your order as early as possible. Pre-Made Roldoûr (1800mm high, 1750mm high or 1700mm high x 1000mm wide): - The standard delivery lead time for the pre-made ROLdoûr is 1-2 working days (not including weekends or public holidays) from the date of order (UK customers) or 5-7 working days (not including weekends or public holidays) for delivery to the rest of the world. Please be aware that we cannot guarantee any exact shipping deadlines due to third party couriers, as they may experience delays on their end dependant on the time of year.
